Wanted to lose weight but I don't know whether or not I should go for Yoga. Half of the people tell me to join Yoga classes and half of them recommend aerobics. What would hold advantage in my case. I'm a 21 year old girl.
Both, yoga and aerobics will help you lose weight. Choose depending on which will suit your nature most. Aerobics will be more movement oriented, while yoga will be more posture oriented.
